Delete your ArriveTogether account

You can request deletion here even after uninstalling the app. Deletion removes your authentication account, profile, memberships, authored messages and hosted groups. Hosted-group deletion also removes that group’s meeting details and messages. Recorded Stripe subscriptions are cancelled; optional Identity records are submitted for redaction. Restricted incident evidence and required financial records may be retained as explained in the Privacy policy. Independently saved copies cannot be recalled.

Delete directly

Sign in on the web and open Privacy and safety → Delete account. Confirm your current password and permanent deletion. Forgot it? Use password recovery first. No app installation is needed.

Request help without signing in

Use the form below if you cannot access your account. We must verify ownership before deletion. Submission saves a request; it does not claim completed deletion. Provider failures remain pending for retry. We aim to handle requests promptly and will explain any lawful retention through support.
