ArriveTogether is for adult airport travellers arranging lawful shared transport. Respect other travellers, their choices and their privacy.

Prohibited content and conduct

• Threats, bullying, harassment, stalking, hate or discrimination.
• Sexual content, exploitation, nudity, sexual solicitation or dating-for-payment requests.
• Any child sexual abuse/exploitation material, grooming, trafficking or endangerment. Report suspected abuse promptly without reproducing or uploading illegal material.
• Violence, encouragement of self-harm, dangerous pickup demands, illegal transport or criminal activity.
• Impersonation, fraud, misleading identity claims, spam and fake groups.
• Sharing passwords, payment details, identity documents or another person’s private information.
• Unlicensed commercial passenger transport, coercion, demands for off-platform deposits or misleading fare promises.

Report and block

On a group page use Report group or Report traveller; each message has Report message and Block sender. A report includes relevant content for private moderator review. You can block without filing a report and unblock from Privacy and safety. Blocking hides mutual messages/profile details and prevents new group connections; it does not automatically remove an existing group membership or recall details already seen.

Review and appeals

Moderators may remove content, hide profile details, close groups or suspend posting. Good-faith reports help us act; knowingly false or abusive reports can also lead to restrictions. Use support to appeal a decision and include the report reference if known. Reports cannot replace emergency services; call 911 in Canada for immediate danger. We prohibit sexual content rather than offering an adult-content feed.
