CANADIAN AIRPORT JOURNEY PLANNING
Airport transfer comparison worksheet
Compare the full cost and travel time of two airport transfer plans using your own quotes.
Compare the complete journey
A cheap airport ticket may leave you paying for another trip from the station. Enter each option’s full cost for your entire party, including onward travel, fees and tips. Use current quotes from the operator. Nothing is sent to our server or saved.
A worked example
These are invented numbers, not airport prices. Two people pay CA$36 in total for a 70-minute transit journey, or CA$64 for a 40-minute cab journey. Transit costs CA$18 per person; the cab costs CA$32. The cab saves 30 minutes for CA$28 extra across the party. Whether that is worthwhile depends on luggage, walking distance and your budget.
Check what the numbers leave out
- Can you actually catch the last service after baggage collection?
- Does the quote include airport fees and all drop-offs?
- Can the vehicle hold every passenger and bag?
- Have accessibility requirements been confirmed with the provider?
- Is your backup affordable if an Arrival Crew does not form?
Equal per-person costs are rounded for comparison. Use the exact-cent fare splitter when collecting the final shares. This worksheet does not recommend a provider, fetch live fares or book a ride.
