Shared airport arrival checklist
A practical checklist for coordinating a group after landing, from destination choice to the final fare.
Before requesting a place
- Choose the correct airport and destination area.
- Allow time for immigration, baggage and reaching the public arrivals area.
- Count all passengers and large bags, including those travelling with you.
- Have a backup transport option if no group fits your trip.
After approval
- Read the private meeting point and confirm it in the group chat.
- Agree on when to leave, the drop-off order and what to do after a delay.
- Check luggage capacity and any accessibility needs directly with the transport provider.
- Use the fare-split calculator with the actual quoted price.
At the airport
- Meet in a public area and follow current airport pickup signs.
- Confirm the vehicle and provider before boarding.
- Do not post identity documents, banking details or verification codes in chat.
- You can leave the group if the arrangement no longer works.
When the plan is finished
The host should close the group so others do not request a place in an inactive plan. Optional feedback helps improve the service. ArriveTogether does not collect shared cab fares.
